On the morning of 11 November 2022, Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Chair of ASEAN 2022, chaired the Plenary Session of the 40th ASEAN Summit, in Phnom Penh.

The Opening Ceremony of the 40th and 41st ASEAN Summits and Related Summits, on the morning of 11 November 2022 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.  

On 10 November 2022, His Excellency Charles Michel, President of the European Council, safely landed at the Phnom Penh International Airport to attend the 40th and 41st ASEAN Summits and Related Summits in Phnom Penh, the Kingdom of Cambodia.

On 10 November 2022, His Excellency Lee Hsien Loong, Prime Minister of the Republic of Singapore, safely landed at the Phnom Penh International Airport to attend the 40th and 41st ASEAN Summits and Related Summits in Phnom Penh, the Kingdom of Cambodia.

On the afternoon of 10 November 2022, Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Chair of ASEAN 2022, together with other ASEAN Heads of State/Government, had the Interface with the Representatives of ASEAN Business Advisory Council (ASEAN-BAC), on the sidelines of the 40th and 41st ASEAN Summits and Related Summits in Phnom Penh  

On the afternoon of 10 November 2022, Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Chair of ASEAN 2022, together with other ASEAN Heads of State/Government, had the Interface with the Representatives of ASEAN Youth, on the sidelines of the 40th and 41st ASEAN Summits and Related Summits in Phnom Penh.

On the afternoon of 10 November 2022, Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Chair of ASEAN 2022, together with other ASEAN Heads of State/Government, had the Interface with the Representatives of ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA), on the margins of the 40th and 41st ASEAN Summits and Related Summits in Phnom Penh.

On the sidelines of the 40th and 41st ASEAN Summits and Related Summits, on the morning of 10 November 2022, the Foreign Ministers and the Secretary-General of ASEAN witnessed the signing of the Instrument of Accession to the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia (TAC) by Ukraine.

Preceding the 40th and 41st ASEAN Summits and Related Summits, on the morning of 10 November 2022, ASEAN Heads of State/Government met His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath NORODOM SIHAMONI, King of Cambodia, at the Royal Palace.

On the morning of 10 November 2022, His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, chaired the 31st ASEAN Coordinating Council (ACC) Meeting, on the sidelines of the 40th and 41st ASEAN Summits and Related Summits in Phnom Penh.

On 10 November 2022, His Excellency General Prayut Chan-o-cha, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, safely landed at the Phnom Penh International Airport to attend the 40th and 41st ASEAN Summits and Related Summits in Phnom Penh, the Kingdom of Cambodia.

On the morning of 10 November 2022, His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, chaired the 25th ASEAN Political-Security Community (APSC) Council Meeting, on the sidelines of the 40th and 41st ASEAN Summits and Related Summits in Phnom Penh.
