On the morning of 8 June 2022, H.E. EAT Sophea, Secretary of State and ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia, chaired the ASEAN Plus Three Senior Officials' Meeting (APT SOM) via videoconference to discuss the progress of the ASEAN Plus Three Cooperation as well as the successor of the APT Cooperation Work Plan for 2023-2027 and the preparation for the upcoming 23rd ASEAN Plus Three Foreign Ministers’ Meeting to be held on 4 August 2022, Kingdom of Cambodia.
