H.E. Heng Sarith, Deputy Director-General of ASEAN-Cambodia, led Cambodia's delegation to attend the 12th ASEAN Maritime Forum (AMF) and the 10th Expanded ASEAN Maritime Forum (EAMF) on 6-7 December 2022 in Manila, the Philippines.
