On Tuesday, 20 December 2022, H.E. Mr. HENG Sarith, Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Cambodia to ASEAN, gave his welcome remarks at the opening ceremony of Workshop on the 20th Anniversary of the Declaration on the Conduct of Parties in the South China Sea: Achievements and Future Directions, Memoire Siem Reap Hotel, Siem Reap & via Videoconference. He was also joined by H.E. Mr. Thit Linn Ohn, Ambassador of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to Cambodia, who virtually make remarks, along with Mr. CHANG Jian, Minister Counselor of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China, who physically delivered his welcome remarks.
