On the morning of 04 August 2022, His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, chaired the 23rd ASEAN Plus Three (APT) Foreign Ministers’ Meeting in Phnom Penh.
