On 06-08 September 2022, His Excellency Dr. CHEM Widhya, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Eminent Person of Cambodia in the High-Level Task Force (HLTF) on ASEAN Community's Post-2025 Vision, led a delegation to co-chair the 3rd Session of the HLTF at the ASEAN Secretariat in Jakarta together with the Malaysian Co-Chair H.E. Tan Sri Hasmy Agam.

This meeting was participated by the ASEAN Secretary General H.E. Dato Paduka Lim Jock Hoi, the Eminent Persons, the High Levels Representatives and other high Officials from ASEAN Member States and the ASEAN Secretariat to develop the Core Elements and Recommendations on Strengthening ASEAN's Capacity and Institutional Effectiveness for the ASEAN Vision Post-2025 to respond to regional and global challenges.

The First Session of the HLTF took place at the ASEAN Secretariat on 31st March-1st April 2022. The Second Session took place in Bangkok, Thailand, on 22-24 June 2022.

The Fourth Session of the HLTF will take place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 18-20 October 2022.
