On October 12, 2022, Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, presided over the opening ceremony of the 2nd ASEAN Women Leaders’ Summit under the theme “Building a More Sustainable, Inclusive and Resilient Future: Unlocking Women’s Entrepreneurship in ASEAN”.

Samdech Techo Prime Minister emphasized that the summit aims to promote cooperation and joint commitment to promote women's roles as a key and resilient driving force for socio-economic rehabilitation and development to build a common future and prosperity in the region.
