On 19-20 October 2022, H.E. Dr. CHEM Widhya, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Eminent Person of Cambodia in the High-Level Task Force (HLTF) on ASEAN Community's Post-2025 Vision, led a delegation to co-chair the 4th Session of the HLTF at the ASEAN Secretariat in at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia together with the Malaysian Co-Chair, H.E. Tan Sri Hasmy Agam.

The First Session of the HLTF took place at the ASEAN Secretariat on 31 March-1 April 2022. The Second Session took place in Bangkok on 22-24 June 2022. The Third Session took place in Jakarta on 6-7 September 2022.
