On 09 November 2022, Her Excellency EAT Sophea, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia, chaired the 14th ASEAN Coordinating Council Working Group (ACCWG) on Timor-Leste’s Application for ASEAN Membership in Phnom Penh.
