On 09 November 2022, His Excellency Dr. Phankham Viphavanh, Prime Minister of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, safely landed at the Phnom Penh International Airport to attend the 40th and 41st ASEAN Summits and Related Summits in Phnom Penh, the Kingdom of Cambodia.
