1. During the 40th and 41st ASEAN Summits, the Leaders assessed theimplementation of the Five-Point Consensus as agreed at the ASEAN Leaders’Meeting in April 2021. We took note of the recommendations of the 55th ASEANForeign Ministers’ Meeting on 3 August 2022 and the Special ASEAN ForeignMinisters’ Meeting on 27 October 2022.
