1. The 2nd ASEAN Global Dialogue: Post-COVID-19 Comprehensive Recovery was held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia on 13 November 2022. The Dialogue was Chaired by Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and attended by Heads of State/Government of ASEAN Member States, ASEAN Dialogue Partners, and leaders of international organizations including the World Economic Forum (WEF), International Monetary Fund (IMF), Asian Development Bank (ADB), Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia (ERIA), United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) and the World Bank (WB).
