Tan Sri Hasmy Agam, Eminent Person of Malaysia, co-chair the 5th HLTF-ACV Meeting in Phnom Penh.
On 6-7 November 2022, H.E. Dr. Chem Widhya, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Eminent Person of Cambodia in the High-Level Task Force on ASEAN Community's Post-2025 Vision (HLTF-ACV) and H.E. Tan Sri Hasmy Agam, Eminent Person of Malaysia, co-chair the 5th HLTF-ACV Meeting in Phnom Penh.
The Meeting successfully finalized the discussions on the Core Elements of the ASEAN Community’s Post-2025 Vision and the Recommendations on Strengthening ASEAN's Capacity and Institutional Effectiveness. The two documents will be submitted to the 31st ASEAN Coordinating Council (ACC) for onward submission to the ASEAN Leaders in the 40th and 41st Summits in Phnom Penh for their views and high guidance. The documents are integral to respond to regional and global challenges and promote the building of a dynamic, prosperous, and inclusive ASEAN Community.
